Kenya’s state prosecutor accepted a recommendation by anti-graft investigators that Lands Secretary Charity Ngilu be charged with obstructing their probe.
Ngilu is alleged to have hindered the collection of evidence by directing Ministry of Lands officers to refrain from releasing documents to investigators and recording statements, Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko said.
“I am satisfied that the recommended charge is sustainable,”
