Education CS George Magoha was on the receiving end after insulting a senior official in the Ministry.
While reprimanding Uasin Gishu County Director of Education during an inspection tour of schools in the area, Dr. Magoha criticized the official for the poor state of the school.
Magoha is seen in a video reprimanding the senior official before dismissing him.
The grey-haired official did not get to add another word before the CS dismissed him from the inspection tour stating, “Wewe ni mjinga kabisa (You are very foolish).”
Prof Magoha’s remarks caused anger from a section of Kenyans online with many criticizing him over how he addressed the senior official.
Many mentioned that his behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable as the official being addressed appeared to be elderly and the fact that students were in school during the incident.
