Mp Babu Owino arrested for allegedly shooting a DJ at B Club

Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino also known as Paul Ongili was arrested on Friday, January 17 after he allegedly shot a DJ at B Club.

Babu  drew his pistol and opened fire on the DJ, identified as Felix Orinda aka  DJ Evovle, after a heated exchange. DJ Evolve is currently admitted at Nairobi Hospital in ICU.

According to the DCI, the MP was taken to Kilimani Police Station as further investigations continue.

“He then drew his pistol and shot the DJ on the neck. The victim was rushed to Nairobi Hospital in serious condition by the management of the club,” the report reads in part.
