Shamim had always known her husband as an employee at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport until recently when she learnt the lie she has been living terming it as ‘unforgivable mistake’.
This came about during an argument with her neighbors who ridiculed her being married to a garbage collector.
She was forced to confront her husband David who confessed that indeed he was a garbage collector and not an employee at JKIA as he had told her.
This seemed to have angered Shamim to an extent she decided to leave his husband and go back to her maternal home. David is said to have followed her and seek for forgiveness but didn’t turn as he expected.
Shamim decided to end their marriage. In an interview with with Antony Ndiema on Nisamehe show on KTN, she revealed her husband of 10 years had been keeping the secret which to her it was unforgivable.
