Mwalimu Mutemi Wa Kiama who was arrested by police without a warrant yesterday night at his home is missing as nobody knows his whereabouts.
The professor was arrested by six officers from the DCI without warrant of arrest and later taken to capitol hill under charges of digital piracy
Tweets from bloggers like Robert Alai and Cyprian Nyakundi are claiming that the activists have been held unconstitutionally since he has not been presented to the court. Below is what noted:
