Ntalami Finally Speaks On Her Relationship With Makena Njeri

In the past one week,the whole internet exploded after the former Tahidi High actress Makena Njeri wished Ntalami, who was labelled as a best friend happy birthday. She posted photos of them with what Kenyans thought was too close and suggestive to be best friends.

Ever since then, Ntalami and Makena Njeri have been considered to be lesbian in a country that has not embraced LGBTQ community. This saw both of them being trolled online but finally Ntalami spoke out in a long Instagram post.

“Stop fixing labels on people who are not what you are calling them . The dynamics of a relationship are too intricate for you to simply slap on a label on someone .If I haven’t said it myself you have no right to go labelling me this or that ,” her post started out.

She then went on and talked of how she would let no harm come in the way to people she cares about especially Makena.

“They are not what you’re labelling them . Don’t look at my ways of expressing my love and mudsling the person I love with false labels , unless they have stated them themselves that they are , your labels holds no water ,” Makena said .

Even though Ntalami has spoken, Makena is yet to voice out her story.
