Nyandarua governor, Francis Kimemia made changes in his cabinet at midnight, exactly one year after the same move.
Just that last year August where four executive members were sacked, this time round departments were restructured and executive members transferred.
In a statement sent via Nyandarua media Forum, by chief staff Charles Wachira at 12: 13 am, Kimemia stated the changes aimed at “improving efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, integrity and value for money.”
The changes made were to take effect immediately. This saw some affected executives requesting more time to take over their new departments.
Apparently Finance and Economic Development executive Mary Mugwanja was moved to Transport docket, replacing Ndung’u Wangenye who was taken to Education department.
