Oasis Village Hotel In Malindi Consumed in Flames, Property Worth Hundreds of Thousands Destroyed

The Oasis Village Hotel in Malindi, Kilifi county has on Saturday March 13, been consumed by fire.

According to reports, the fire consumed several parts of the multi-million hotel causing damages of worth hundreds of thousands.

It’s not yet clear at the moment as  no casualties have been reported and the firefighters have arrived at the scene.

The main cause of the fire which was fast spreading is yet to be confirmed.

The hotel is located 1.8 Km from Malindi beach and  near Vasco da Gama Pillar and the Portuguese Chapel.

This came barely 12 hours after fire broke out at the Kisumu Bus Park station on Saturday morning, March 13, reducing property and buses worth millions to ashes.
