Foreigner Commits Suicide After Losing Multi-million Property To Kenyan Wife, In-laws

German national living in Diania, Kwale County shot himself in the head after leaving a suicide note behind that was discovered by Diani Police Station OCS.

The deceased claimed in the note his Kenyan wife and relatives had swindled him of multi-million property.

According to the Police officers, the 82-year-old Wolfgang Theodor Fischer was a Kenyan by neutralization, having stayed in the country for over 30 years and married to a 62-year-old Kenyan woman.

The two had reportedly purchased several properties in Diana. However, Fischer allegedly complained he had been unhappy for the past three decades of their marriage.

Detectives found his body lying in a pool of blood at their home in Diani-Ukunda after the wife reported the incident at the police station. The widow said he found him dead after she came back from church.

Homicide officers recovered a pistol, used magazines, and unspent ammunition. Tye deceased in the suicide note that was found said he had struggled to pay medical bills and had reportedly lost all his savings, land and other property to his wives’ kins.

Police have instead declined to reveal more details of the letter saying that it was part of a crime scene.
