AS the health Chief Administrative Secretary Dr Mercy Mwangangi on Sunday announced that the government had introduced a new measure to ensure compliance with the curfew hours in the fight against COVID-19.
Today there’s video showing that those quarantined at KMTC escaping over a wall that barricades Kmtc with their luggage taking the lead 😀
There was a stun warning given by the government that those found outside of their houses during the curfew period will be assumed to have contacted suspected cases of coronavirus and hence placed under quarantine.
The pandemic has left many Kenya stranded and those caught under curfew to quarantine are to cater for their bills while at KMTC and this might have altered the escape.
The question to be asked is whether the government is really taking to account on the fund being donated to the COVID kitty and if there are proper guidelines on how the money should be used.
