Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen now claims the DCI has been ordered to arrest and prefer false charges against at least five senators.
The Senators ordered to be arrested are said to be opposing the “oppressive” Revenue sharing formula.
Taking to twitter, Murkomen said, “They are currently going for Senator Dr. Steve Ltumbesi Lelegwe Samburu County. Desperation is real.”
The revenue formula is said to have been shot down for the 8th time despite hope to vote the Linturi’s amendment proposal fronted to change some aspects in Sakaja’s proposal.
The Senators are expected to meet tomorrow for another session. Things are getting heated as Murkomen dares them.
“Arrest any of us and there will no session tomorrow,” he added.
