The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced traffic on Mombasa Road and Uhuru Highway will be disrupted following construction of the Nairobi Expressway.
Motorist and drivers have been told to brace themselves as the closure will be for an Unspecified period.
The notice released on 3rd September 2020 urges motorists to be keen on road signage as the use the road.
“The construction works will be limited to the central median Mombasa Road. However, in some instances, we may be required to close a single lane on either side of the highway to ensure the safety of motorists plying the route,” read the notice.
Motorists are urged to comply with the directions as it shall be marked on the road signage established or by traffic marshals.
