Waiguru To Face EACC Over A New Graft Charge.

The Governor of Kirinyaga County is in another scandal after she recently survived being impeached from her position of being Kirinyaga’s County boss.

Governor Waiguru has been scheduled to meet with the EACC officers after she was linked to tender scandals involving her county. The grilling is set for Wednesday next week. It was scheduled for last week but Gov. Waiguru requested more time before making an appearance.

This would mean jail term if found guilty. EACC CEO Twalib Mbarak has promised Kenyans that in less than two months, Two high ranking County bosses could face prosecution charges in court after they were linked to graft scandals. Kenyans have waited to see how Waiguru will dodge this bullet.

Waiguru has previously been linked to many graft charges among them NYS scandal. She had signed off billions of Kenyans taxes to ghost projects. She later became the Governor of Kirinyaga and was still linked to scandals which lately saw her job as the county boss threatened.
