Wilson Abubakar Radido is an award-winning Kenyan artist and songwriter from Nairobi. He is the chief executive officer and founder of Saldido international entertainment. Paul was named male artist of the year at the 2013 Groove Awards alongside his mentor Gloria Muliro, who took the female artist of the year award.
Willy Paul was recently named the most streamed kenyan musician on boomplay. Willy Paul did not shy away from shairing the news. He took to instagram and posted a lot of photos reminding his fans that he was still the king. He posted one of the photos captioning;
As you can see numbers never lie, people will fight you, even try to kill you but at the end of the day, of you have God by your side and work hard, no one will defeat you,” he wrote.
He went ahead and posted another picture captioning;
Most streamed artist in Kenya 2019. Inauma but itabidii cartels wazoee !! Numbers never lie!!” he added.
In his post Willy Paul was hinting that some cartels did not want him to succeed. This happens after the “hallelujah” hit singer moved from singing gospel songs to singing secular songs.
