As explained on Richtopia website, the top 100 list gets updated annually based exclusively on social influence and not net worth. David Ndii was on top 100. Number 22 to be specific.
Warm Congratulatory messages followed this pronouncement with many tweeps praising Dr. Ndii, except Miguna Miguna. His Sarcastic tweet read;
