Inferno Leaves Kibera Residents Homeless

A fire in Kibera has torched up to 50 houses in Mashimoni area. The raze down is alleged to be caused by a candle that was left burning.

There is no incidents of casualties as the area residents continue to probe on what could have caused the fierce fire.

The fire was put out by Nairobi fire brigade jointly with a team from the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS).

Kibera locals that were affected are coming to terms with the incident as they plead for support from the Government and humanitarians.
