On Friday, October 30, Journalist Zawadi Mudibo was confirmed as the BBC Africa Business Editor, replacing media personality Larry Madowo.

BBC Africa Programmes Editor, Newton Ndebu, announced in an internal memo that Mudibo would fill the position for the next 12 months.

“He is a talented and dedicated journalist, with over a decade’s experience reporting Business News in Africa.
